慎终追远~愿先祖得生善道
写法：自己姓氏的历代祖先。
我们与祖上历代的血脉有着直接的关联。阳世子孙依礼尽孝，供养历代祖先。祖先安宁则子孙家运兴旺、生活顺逐。

三宝加被~愿亡灵往生净土
写法：已故姓名与关系
生前业障使亡灵在阴间受罪，将供养三宝的功德为之回向超度，亡灵获得善业感应而超生解脱，生者共沾法喜、增福添慧。
